VERY lame comic but based on a conversation I had. Spring was HORRIBLE! and our Summer was cooler than ever. So I said "I wouldn't be surprised if it started snowing!" Then...THIS popped into my head. Plus I wanted an excuse to use a snow brush. :XD:

Pretty lame comic but enjoy the issue. :icononionfailplz:

Once a few years back, it started snowing in Tennessee in APRIL. A complete stranger commented to us, "How about that global warming?"

I suppose this strip makes sense, considering that Unova has three seasonal cycles per year rather than just one. Kind of weirds me out, opening my DS and seeing that it's snowing.

I don't know about your part of Tennessee, but over here in Summer, you can DEFINITELY feel global warming.

Actually, I don't live in Tennessee, I live in the next state over (not saying which one). And it's not necessarily global warming; it could just be that you live in a place where it gets hot in summer.

Climate is always changing, never completely constant each year, but that doesn't necessarily mean that disaster is upon us. For a couple years, we had constant tremendous rains in the spring and summer where I live, but while occasionally we get a super storm nowadays, we no longer get endless pours. Considering how inaccurate any WEEKLY given weather report can be, I don't see why everyone's so hot about believing a weather report for the next CENTURY.

When it's the middle of winter and it's as warm as fall and spring should be, you have to agree, global warming IS happening.

What about the really, really cold snaps in China and in other places? Is THAT caused by global warming? And what about my aforementioned snowfall in Tenessee in April? Is THAT global warmings?

Climate has ALWAYS been changing in different directions. That doesn't mean that it's going to stay changing in the same direction forever.

Well, that doesn't mean we shouldn't be concious of what we do to the environment. Granted, Global Warming might not be happening, but all the "green" tech we're thinking up to battle it has other purposes too, from making money, to preparing for when the Earth runs out of fossil feuls, to benifiting the environment in ways not related to preventing Global Warming.
Global Warming isn't the only reason to be green.
